Once the page was clearer, our PPC team reviewed search-term performance again. Some traffic that had previously appeared expensive became more commercially useful because the product page gave shoppers better information.

We would never tell a seller that better creative alone will produce the same number. The result depends on price, competition, margins, demand, reviews, inventory, and many other factors.

The practical point is simple: paying for traffic is only half the job. The product page has to give that traffic a reason to convert.
