The aviation and hospitality industries offer exciting career opportunities for young professionals who aspire to work in dynamic, customer-focused environments. BigWing Aviation, based in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra, is focused on preparing students for these industries through specialized training, practical learning, professional grooming, and career support.
According to the institute, it has trained more than 2,000 students and has connections with 50+ airline partners, while providing placement support to its students.
A key part of BigWing’s training portfolio is its Cabin Crew Training program. The six-month course focuses on areas such as in-flight service, aviation safety, passenger care, grooming, and practical mock drills. By combining classroom learning with practical exercises, the program aims to familiarize students with the professional expectations of cabin crew roles.
BigWing also offers training in Ground Staff and Airport Operations. This program covers airport management, ticketing, customer service, and operational skills. Students can also receive training in Amadeus and gain exposure through airport internships, helping them understand the practical side of airport operations.
For students interested beyond aviation, BigWing provides a Hospitality Management program covering areas such as front-office operations, event management, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, and related service industries. This allows students to explore career opportunities across a wider part of the hospitality sector.
Professional development is another important element of BigWing’s approach. The institute highlights personality development, communication training, interview preparation, and grooming as part of its programs. Its faculty includes former cabin crew members, airport professionals, and industry veterans, while its facilities include aircraft mock-ups, grooming laboratories, and other training infrastructure.
With its focus on practical education and professional preparation, BigWing Aviation aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and the expectations of the aviation and hospitality industries. For aspiring cabin crew members, airport professionals, and hospitality specialists, the institute provides a structured environment to develop technical knowledge, communication abilities, confidence, and workplace readiness.
As the aviation and hospitality sectors continue to create opportunities for skilled professionals, institutions such as BigWing Aviation play a role in helping students understand industry requirements and prepare for the next stage of their careers.
