TeamTech IPO Details

TeamTech Formwork Solutions IPO is a 100% book-built issue of 79.60 lakh equity shares worth up to ₹50.15 crore, entirely a fresh issue of shares, with a face value of ₹5 per share. The company filed its DRHP with SEBI on 26th February, 2026.

The price band of this issue is fixed at ₹61 to ₹63 and the lot size for an application is 2,000 shares. The minimum amount required by an investor (retail investor) is ₹1,26,000 (4,000 shares). The IPO will be open for subscription from May 19 to 21, 2026, on the NSE SME platform with a tentative listing date fixed as May 26, 2026.

The book-running lead manager of the issue is Getfive Advisors Private Ltd., while the registrar to the issue is Kfin Technologies Ltd.
